The joys of 3D printing
This lecture on “3D printing” will outline the various 3D printing techniques in general and the printing with printers such as the Open Source MakerBot in particular.

Synchronicity Hackathon
We will be having synchronicity hackathon on 15th and 16th of May. Starts around 12ish, please come along and check it out what projects people are working on.

TOG’s MakerBot
TOG now are a proud owner of a 3d Printer. Lets start to make some nice projects.
Spent almost 2 days building it and getting it to work with a few small changes made with extra washers. Also added in extra screw behind main Rep Rap board to hold board, had to put away from plastic from power connector to get in nut.
Starting of a FabFund
After putting out to list of full members there was a great response on getting a fabfun set-up to buy some useful machinery for space.
