Octocon, the National Irish Science Fiction Convention, is a weekend celebration of our favourite stories from books, comics, TV, films and games; from science fiction, fantasy, horror and beyond; attracting artists, writers, film-makers and fans from across the human sphere of influence. Octocon is going hybrid this year taking part online and in Croke Park on the 15-16 October 2022.

As soon as the lock was invented, so was the way to get past it for rogues who need to get through the door at the last minute or hackers breaking into the server room to save the world.
